The Company will indicate acceptance of the Customers order, and hence a contract between both parties, when the goods are despatched. This has been included to protect The Company in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, goods have inadvertently been under-priced, or The Company is no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. 5. Delivery

5.1 The Goods will be delivered by a nominated courier to the address specified by the Customer, which is detailed in the order confirmation email.

5.2 You must inspect goods thoroughly when signing for delivery. When signing for delivery you accept that the goods have been received in good condition. If items are damaged on delivery you should not accept them. Let the courier return them to The Company. You should never sign a delivery as 'unchecked'. You must inform us of this within 24 hours of delivery.

5.3 Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to deliver the Goods within 7 working days, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and The Company shall not be liable for any delay howsoever caused. Please allow up to 14 days before you contact us about delivery times. Please do not order any item with the expectation that it will be delivered within 7 working days.

5.4 If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Goods at the address specified in the order confirmation email, or fails to provide The Company with adequate delivery instructions, then the Goods will be returned to The Company and the Customer contacted. In this instance, The Company will charge the Customer for redelivery of the Goods.

6. Ownership and Risk

6.1 The risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the Goods to the address specified in the order confirmation email.

6.3 The Customer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify The Company within a reasonable time from the moment the delivery is signed for (48 hours). If the Goods are damaged or do not comply with the details presented in the order confirmation email. If the Customer fails to do this, he/she is deemed to have accepted the Goods.

6.4 Any Goods in respect of which a claim of defect or damage is made shall be preserved by the Customer at the Customers risk and retained for a reasonable period to enable The Company to inspect or collect the Goods.

We will refund your money as soon as possible on receipt of the goods and within 30 days. These cancellation terms do not apply to special order items, goods made to your specification or good purchased in store.
